FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR

Coach Roger Cortel is an experienced basketball coach dedicated to developing athletes through skill development, discipline, and mentorship. He has successfully completed the NCCP Certified 94 Coaching Program, demonstrating his commitment to professional coaching standards and athlete development.
Roger currently serves as an Assistant Coach at Tamanawis Secondary School and has coaching experience with Waves Elite Basketball and Fundamentals Basketball Club, where he has helped athletes develop their skills, basketball IQ, and confidence in competitive environments.
Known for his player-first approach, Coach Roger emphasizes strong fundamentals, teamwork, accountability, and a relentless work ethic. His passion is helping athletes grow both on and off the court while preparing them to compete confidently at the next level.
